در سال 1351 در شهر همدان دیده به جهان گشود و تحصیلات ابتدایی را در مجتمع آموزشی باباطاهر و تحصیلات متوسطه را در دبیرستان شریعتی همدان سپری کرد. دوره های کارشناسی ، کارشناسی ارشد و دکتری تخصصی را به ترتیب در دانشگاههای بوعلی همدان ، دانشگاه تهران و دانشگاه علوم و تحقیقات تهران در رشته شیمی معدنی با موفقیت پشت سر گذاشت. وی در حال حاضر در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحدهای اراک، تویسرکان و همدان به تدریس و تحقیق می پردازد.
